We want each of our customers to be satisfied by our Food items. However, many times it is necessary to return the product for various reasons. Don’t worry we will help you.
We accept Returns and Refunds. We allow same day Return Policy (due to nature of business i.e Food industry). This means that if you want to return your order for any reason after receiving your order, you must return it the same day.
The return of the product requires the fulfillment of the following conditions.
- The Food must remain un-eaten.
- It must be in the same condition that as received from us.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase of the product purchased from us will be required.
Before you return your product, please via email us sending photo of the product defect. If you are approved according to our Policy, your refund will be start processed. After you return your item, you will be refunded the purchase price using the original payment method within 4 – 6 Business days of receiving the returned item and confirming that it meets our specified conditions.

For defective products: In the Box – When the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way.
For customer remorse: Customer responsibility – When the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or they no longer want the item.
What is the restocking fee?
No restocking fee
If the Product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way then needs No Cost.
But If the customer purchased the wrong Product or no longer wants the Product, then the Customer will provide the actual cost of return shipping.
Exchanges:

Refunds:
If you still haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
